Ricardo Osuna, a recognized lawyer who has participated in highly sensitive cases in Argentina, became involved in an illegal episode by being arrested for cattle theft in the province of Chaco. Osuna has been part of defenses in cases like the disappearance of Loan Danilo Peña, as well as in the murder of Cecilia Strzyzowski.
Osuna was the defender of Emerenciano Sena and his son César in a crime, and he was also related to the case of Loan Danilo Peña, a missing child in Corrientes. The Rural Police Division carried out a search at a field rented by Osuna in Lapachito, where cattle that were allegedly stolen were found.
Following a man's complaint about cattle theft, an investigation was initiated that led to Osuna's detention on suspicion of "alleged livestock theft." During the search, Osuna attempted to escape by cutting the wire fence, which caused several animals to flee and a pursuit to capture them.
Currently, Ricardo Osuna is detained and isolated in the Division in La Leonesa, while the investigation into the alleged cattle theft progresses. Throughout his career, Osuna has been involved in highly relevant cases in Argentina, including the femicide of Cecilia Strzyzowski and the disappearance of Loan Danilo Peña.
