Police sources reported that the individual in question is Joseph Charly Ponce Sarzuri, 31 years old, who used social media to encourage the seizure of a 300-hectare piece of land located on Route 3 KM 41, in the district of La Matanza.

An officer from the DDI of La Matanza infiltrated the groups involved in the dissemination and commercialization of the land, informing all activity to his police superiors.
