Surprisingly, 39% believe that this scandal will not significantly affect the Government.
On the other hand, Macri seems to have strong support among adults over 55 years old, according to the survey. The "Cryptogate" has had a significant impact on Argentine public opinion. 52% of respondents consider the incident a serious matter, 17% view it as important, and 31% perceive it as insignificant.
Regarding the perception of honesty, 46% believe that Milei is more honest, followed by 43% who choose Kirchner, and only 11% lean towards Mauricio Macri. The study also indicates that Milei has greater support among centennials and Generation X, while Cristina Kirchner is more popular among millennials.
In addition, a report from the consulting firm Sentimientos Públicos revealed that Javier Milei surpasses Cristina Kirchner by three points in the perception of honesty. The director of the consultancy, Hernán Vanoli, highlighted that "Cryptogate" has caused a social divide, as government voters tend to downplay it, while those less interested in national politics consider it serious by only 35%.
