Disappearance of Lian Flores in Ballesteros Sud

In Ballesteros Sud, a town located in Córdoba, the disappearance of the 3-year-old boy, Lian Flores, was reported over the past weekend. According to his relatives, Lian went out to the backyard of his house to play while they were taking a nap, and since then there has been no news of him.

On the third day of the search, no relevant clues have been found. Recently, a raid was conducted where five cell phones and a van were seized, but no details about their connection to the child's disappearance have been revealed. Both the authorities of Córdoba and other provinces consider Lian Flores's case to be complex and assert that all possible lines of investigation are being exhausted.

Lian Flores's disappearance has drawn comparisons to the case of Guadalupe Lucero, a girl who disappeared under similar circumstances in San Luis in June 2021. Just like in Lian's case, Guadalupe was last seen playing near her home, and her whereabouts remain a mystery.

Guadalupe's cousin declared in a Camera Gesell that a friend dressed in black and wearing a hood approached the house where they were playing and took the girl away. Despite intense searches in the area and a reward offered, Guadalupe Lucero is still missing. The case has shocked public opinion, and any clues that could shed light on what happened are still being sought.

For its part, the case of Lian Flores adds to the list of child disappearances in Argentina, raising concern and mobilizing authorities to clarify what happened.
