A building belonging to the Ministry of Justice was evacuated by the Federal Police after being occupied. According to police sources, the investigation began at the end of last year at the request of Judge María Romilda Servini. The judge requested to determine whether offices managed by the association 'Madres de Plaza de Mayo' were operating in the property located at the intersections of Rivadavia and Pueyrredón avenues.
Agents from the Constitutional Crimes Division of the PFA carried out the investigative tasks and discovered that a family was residing in the building, using the third floor for personal purposes. After the raid, the occupants were evacuated without resistance, and the building was returned to its owners.
It was revealed that four women lived on the premises, two of whom were not present during the operation. The Ministry of Human Development and Habitat of the Buenos Aires government provided assistance and housing subsidies to each of the occupants. Finally, the property was returned to the Ministry of Justice.
