Regarding the economic reforms promoted by President Milei, they were thoroughly analyzed and praised by Minister Sa'ar and his team, who commended the change and improvement in the business climate and economic conditions in Argentina. The Argentine Ambassador to Israel was also present at the meeting.
During his first day in Israel, Werthein visited the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem and participated in a tribute to the victims of the Nazi genocide. In this context, the chancellor emphasized the importance of preserving memory and assured Argentina's commitment to combating anti-Semitism and religious discrimination.
Additionally, they met with the families of the Argentine hostages kidnapped by Hamas, reaffirming the commitment to work for their swift release and highlighting the importance of defending democracy, freedom, and peace, especially in situations of kidnapping.
