The Minister of Government of the Province, Carlos Bianco, claims that the population does not consider Peronism as a viable alternative at present and proposes the formation of a broad political front in opposition to President Javier Milei. In an interview on Radio Rivadavia, Bianco expressed the need to politically build that perspective. In this sense, he emphasizes the importance of promoting a front that includes all those who share agreements on fundamental issues such as democracy, human rights, promoting production and industry, and generating formal employment.
Regarding internal tensions, the official highlighted the historical relationship between Governor Axel Kicillof and Vice President Cristina Kirchner, based on personal affection beyond politics. In addition, Bianco mentioned his link with La Cámpora, led by Máximo Kirchner, acknowledging differences but also a joint effort with members of that group.
In the context of the upcoming legislative elections, Bianco pointed out the need to define key aspects such as the dates to be used in the Province of Buenos Aires to carry out the elections. There is a debate about the possibility of separating provincial elections from national ones, as well as about the elimination or suspension of the Open, Simultaneous, and Mandatory Primaries (PASO).
Regarding the long-term presidential project led by Axel Kicillof, Bianco highlighted the work in management and the formation of a political front that would stand as an alternative to Milei. Lastly, he emphasized the participation of the provincial government in the Federal March of Antifascist and Antiracist Pride in rejection of the president's comments about the LGBT community, considering them seriously inappropriate.
