Mauro Icardi expressed his discontent with the media presence in the judicial resolution regarding the custody of his daughters during a hearing that lasted more than two hours. The Galatasaray footballer questioned the actions of the lawyers and expressed concern for the care of the minors and their representatives.
"The focus is obviously on the media more than on Justice and fulfilling the Judge's resolutions. We have experienced that the media did not help much when two months ago they did a national broadcast giving interviews and had to remove their lawyer to put a civil attorney in place," Icardi stated on his social media.
During the mediation, both he and Wanda Nara requested "to have custody and for them to visit two or three hours a day at each other's house," a detail revealed on the program "Intrusos." The lawyers for both parties were the most vocal in the hearing, where the visitation schedule for the girls was discussed.
At one point during the hearing, Icardi appeared upset at the attitude of the legal representatives, even comparing the situation to that of actor Johnny Depp in a social media post. However, he later decided to delete his posts, possibly at the suggestion of his lawyers.
The lack of agreement between the parties prolonged the meeting, where the footballer expressed his concern about the media focus rather than the importance of the judicial decision for the well-being of his daughters.
