A custodian from the National Security Secretariat, identified as Germán Balma, was arrested for murdering his 70-year-old aunt. The incident occurred on Thursday morning after a call to 911 alerted about a woman injured in the head with blood loss in an apartment on Bucarelli at 2200, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Villa Urquiza.
Neighbors of the building saw the man trying to flee and managed to prevent his escape until the police arrived. Once the police officers apprehended the individual, identified as the victim's nephew according to statements from the domestic worker, it was confirmed that he was responsible for the events.
When the ambulances from SAME arrived, unfortunately, the death of the woman was confirmed. So far, the authorities have not revealed the causes of the murder, leaving uncertainties about the motives that led to this tragic event.
