The custody dispute over Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi's children intensifies as legal representatives address allegations of coercion and communication restrictions. A court hearing is set for January 24 to determine the children's care arrangements.

Custody Battle Escalates Between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi

Currently, the cold war between the host Wanda Nara and the footballer Mauro Icardi has escalated to a critical point where the main victims are the couple's 8 and 10-year-old daughters, who are caught in the middle of a legal battle. It all began after a discussion about the custody agreement for the girls, as the Payarola Law Firm, which represents Nara, stated that they would not relinquish custody of the minors to Icardi due to alleged coercion by the footballer.

Nara's lawyers have requested unilateral custody to be held by the host and that communication between Icardi and his daughters be conducted through a court. They have also reported that the girls may have been pressured to claim they have not been in contact with the nanny Silvia Lucero, who has a perimeter restraining order of less than 100 meters.

According to Nara's legal representatives, an official request has been made to interrupt the minors' communication with their father, and the court has been warned that they will not deliver the girls as part of the agreement to alternate custody every two weeks. A hearing is scheduled for Friday, January 24, to determine the custody of the girls.

Amidst these accusations and disputes, both Nara and Icardi have made mutual accusations. Lawyer Elba Marcovecchio, representing Icardi, has indicated that the footballer prioritized fatherhood over partying with friends, thus violating a precautionary measure set in the case. All this occurs in a context where the daughters seem to be used as pawns in a confrontation that has reached extreme levels in the judicial sphere.
