Actress Isabel Macedo suffered a severe accident while rehearsing for the theater presentations of the series Margarita, resulting in a bruise on her eye and an injury on her nose. The incident took place in front of her castmates, and according to reports, the impact caused blood, fear, and screams.
In a video shared on social media, Macedo explained what happened with a mix of seriousness and her characteristic humor. "I read that everyone is very worried because I hit myself during rehearsals," she began. "It's true, but I didn't break my nose. Come on, girl. I got scared. I was distressed. It hurts, but I can open my eye, I can see. I didn't break my nose, I'm just very swollen and in pain, but let's go!", she sang to close the statement.
Later, the actress added another clip to her stories, showing her face covered with a cloth and ice, and after revealing the bruise on her eye, she added: "Now the impact is going down, I'm very swollen and all. I'm cheering myself up," she joked. In a second video, she appeared distressed and expressed: "Everything hurts. But inside, I constantly thank that it wasn't anything more serious."
After being attended to by a doctor at the scene of the accident, Isabel Macedo had to leave the rehearsal and recover at home. The actress was rehearsing for her role as the antagonist in the series, a remake of Floricienta.
