
A girl was rescued by police personnel in a state of unconsciousness after her parents left her locked in the car while they went shopping at Devoto Mall. The incident was recorded by an officer, who expressed her anger at the situation the minor had to endure.
The event took place inside Devoto Mall, where the 4-year-old girl was locked and fainted in a parked car. Upon receiving the alert, personnel from Neighborhood Police Station 11B went to the location and, along with witnesses, tried to wake the girl by shaking the vehicle, but received no response. Finally, they broke one of the windows to remove the girl from inside.
A police officer, visibly concerned, inquired about the girl's condition and expressed her dismay at what had happened. After being rescued, the girl managed to wake up and was assisted by SAME to undergo tests to rule out possible respiratory complications.
After being treated at Zubizarreta Hospital and receiving approval from the Council for Children, Girls, and Adolescents for her discharge, the girl was taken home by her parents. Meanwhile, the parents were located, informed, and notified about their negligent actions.
