The search for Kiara Jazmín Caro in Tucumán had a tragic outcome with the discovery of her body in the grasslands, 800 meters from where she was last seen, after her mother reported her disappearance during a walk near the Lules River.

The mother, disoriented and with her body covered in mud, stated that she remembered nothing to the officers who found her. Hours later, it was confirmed that the girl showed signs of injuries, although the results of the autopsy are awaited to determine the cause of her death.

In this scenario, the Homicide Prosecutor's Office No. 1 of Tucumán, Pedro Gallo, ordered the preventive detention of the mother, Daniela Ávila, and her partner, Matías Sebastián Paz, in order to clarify the events. It is anticipated that the interrogations of both detainees will shed light on what happened.

Important advances in the investigation are expected in the coming hours as the evidence collected is analyzed. The prosecutor confirmed that investigative hearings will take place and emphasized the need to gather information that supports the measures taken.

So far, no hypotheses regarding Kiara's death are being ruled out, allowing the investigation to continue in search of clarifying this tragic event.
