In Lavallol, a 35-year-old nurse was arrested for allegedly forging medical prescriptions to acquire morphine and fentanyl. The suspect, identified as Nancy Anahí Villagra, worked at the Eduardo Oller Hospital in San Francisco Solano. The complaint was filed by officials of the Executive Power of the municipality of Quilmes and the investigation is led by prosecutor Ximena Santoro of UFI number seven in Quilmes.

Police from the Superintendence of Investigations of Complex Crimes and Organized Crime carried out three search warrants: one in Quilmes, another in Florencio Varela, and the third in Lavallol, where the accused was arrested. During the operation, notebooks with notes, 54 forged prescriptions for fentanyl and morphine, clinical histories, three mobile phones, stamps, invoice books, and vials of various substances were seized.

According to sources in the case, the nurse forged medical prescriptions to obtain morphine and fentanyl, supplies intended for patients of the hospital. In this way, she managed to take them out of internal circulation, facilitating that individuals outside the hospital could collect the prescribed medication from the hospital pharmacy. New operations, charges, or arrests in the coming days are not ruled out from the investigation. The confiscated items and the evidence found will be analyzed to advance in the case.
