Buenos Aires, February 13 (NA) – A gas station employee is in serious condition after being shot twice in the chest by two armed robbers on a motorcycle. The incident occurred at a Shell gas station in the Lanus district, Buenos Aires Province, where a customer who was refueling was also injured and his motorcycle was stolen. Police sources informed the Argentine News Agency that the incident happened at a Shell gas station located at the intersection of Avenida Remedios de Escalada and Peron. Police personnel arrived at the scene, identified the injured, and transported them to the Evita Hospital. One of the injured, Gonzalo Castrovillari, suffered two gunshot wounds to his shoulder blade but is not in serious condition, while the other, a station employee, Perez Martinez, was shot in the chest and is in serious condition. Spokespersons stated that Castrovillari reported that two criminals stole his black Kawasaki 700 motorcycle, which led to a police alert, and the case is being handled by the Lanus UFI No. 7.
