The Ministry of Education of a province suspended classes this Friday, October 31, in three departments due to a meteorological alert for strong winds. The suspension of school activities applies to the evening and night shifts and covers all levels and modalities of education in the aforementioned departments. The decision was made following the recommendation of the provincial Civil Protection, based on the alert issued by the National Meteorological Service (SMN). The Ministry also announced that calls to fill teaching positions and classroom hours scheduled for these shifts are suspended, and the Contingency Plan (Resolution 12277-ME2024) has been activated.
