The bus driver, Nicolás Tarnoski, recounted the moments leading up to the fatal accident in Misiones province, where nine people died and several were injured. The findings of the investigations carried out after the tragic road accident at kilometer 890 of National Route 14 confirmed that Ortiz, the 34-year-old man who died in the crash, 'was in a state of acute alcohol intoxication at the time of the incident.' In this regard, the authorities reported that he had 3.0 grams of alcohol per liter of blood, that is, six times more than the legal limit.
