X users (formerly Twitter) reported a massive outage of the platform early Monday morning, preventing access and normal use of the social network in various parts of the world. According to the Downdetector website, problems began to be reported around 7 AM (Argentina time), when failure reports spiked. It is expected that X will restore the service in the coming hours and provide information about what happened.
Most users indicated difficulties loading the feed, posting tweets, and accessing their accounts. So far, X has not issued an official statement regarding the cause of the service interruption or an estimate of when the situation might normalize. This is not the first time the platform has experienced outages in recent months.
