The second MotoGP race is approaching and this time it will take place in Argentina. The competition is expected to happen from March 14 to 16, marking the return of the top motorcycle category to the country after its absence in 2024.
In preparation for this anticipated Grand Prix, four cargo planes have arrived at Tucumán International Airport with approximately 3,600 tons of necessary items for the event. Each flight had an estimated duration of 25 hours and made two stops, one in Johannesburg, South Africa, and another in Viracopos, Brazil, before landing in Argentina.
Among the cargo of these planes were spare parts, tools, paddock materials, organization cars, and broadcasting equipment from television and the organization. All of these are key elements for successfully carrying out the Grand Prix at the Termas de Río Hondo Circuit.
The Argentina Grand Prix will be the second date on the MotoGP calendar, having had the first one in Thailand. In this latest competition, the Spaniard and eight-time world champion, Marc Márquez, stood out by winning both the sprint race and the main race.
