The actress Gimena Accardi, a friend of former Casi Ángeles, made statements about her relationship with Eugenia 'La China' Suárez. Accardi admitted that while they used to have a close friendship in the past, after the death of Nico Vázquez's brother, things changed and they took separate paths as they no longer felt supported by each other.
In an interview on Puro Show (eltrece), Gimena expressed that although they no longer maintain the same friendship as before, there is a good vibe between them. They cross paths at events, share mutual friends, and interact through social media stories.
Regarding the controversial relationship between La China and Mauro Icardi, Accardi preferred to stay out of the details, although she wished the best outcome for all parties involved: 'It's almost a worldwide issue, but I wish the best for everyone, truly. Not everything is black or white, I don’t choose anything. I wish them happiness.'
