Banco Provincia has launched a new line of UVA personal loans that allows its customers to access higher amounts of money with lower installments compared to traditional loans. This new modality allows for requests of up to $50 million with a maximum term of 48 months and a fixed annual rate of 10% for those who receive their salaries through the Bank, and 12% for the general public.
On the other hand, Banco Comafi has decided to enter the UVA mortgage credit market, offering an attractive proposal for its clients. HernĂ¡n Sehringer, Head of Retail Banking at the bank, explained that they are looking to expand their housing loan portfolio and offer a novel alternative for their clients, including small business owners, entrepreneurs, and those who receive their salaries at Comafi.
Banco Comafi's loans have a limit of $250 million per co-signer, with the possibility of having up to four co-signers, and a repayment period of up to 20 years. The promotional interest rate is 5% for small business owners and entrepreneurs. For those who do not meet these requirements, the rate will be 7%.
To access these loans, both clients and non-clients across the country must have a minimum net income of $900,000 and have been registered as responsible taxpayers or sole proprietors for at least 24 months, or have been employed in a dependent relationship for at least 12 months. Financial entities are looking to quickly adapt to the new economic reality and offer products that meet their clients' needs in a context of lowering interest rates and changes in the financial market.
