During the meeting, Villarruel shared potential solutions and tools that the Senate could offer through its Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries Committee, so that the proposed laws could be addressed appropriately for the sector. After the meeting, the CRA issued a statement expressing that the purpose of the meeting was to strengthen ties and dialogue between the national government and the agricultural sector.

In this regard, CRA representatives presented the main concerns and challenges of the Argentine agricultural sector, including critical issues such as export taxes, tax burdens, and incentive policies for production. They worked on establishing a common agenda to advance legislative solutions that contribute to the economic and social development of the rural sector.

Carlos Castagnani emphasized the importance of these meetings to build bridges between the productive sector and national authorities, stating the essential need for authorities to listen to the needs and problems facing the countryside. During the frank and open dialogue, they reflected the mutual commitment to contribute to the growth of the Argentine countryside and the country.
