Santiago de Chile, April 9 (NA-Special Correspondent) - The CEO of Abra Group, Adrián Neuhauser, ruled out for the moment the possibility of buying or participating in a potential privatization of Aerolíneas Argentinas, although he admitted that this could change in the future. Neuhauser formulated these concepts during his participation in the Wings Of Changes conference, organized by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), which concludes today in Santiago de Chile, and in which the Argentine News Agency is participating. Abra Group, the airline holding that already controls Avianca, GOL, Sky Airline, and Wamos Air, has a more than significant share in the Argentine air market, as all the airlines that make it up have numerous frequencies to different points in our country. "We have a very successful partnership as a group with Aerolíneas Argentinas, which I believe is very beneficial for both Aerolíneas and for us," indicated Neuhauser. He highlighted that they are "always" watching the Argentine market, because "it seems to us to be an interesting market, it is a market that, no secret to anyone, has grown a lot in recent years, but also with a lot of volatility". "I reiterate what I told you before: we are not looking for expansion at this moment. Our objective is to lead in Central America and in the north of South America, Peru and in Chile, and having inherited the low-cost market there allows us to generate regional connectivity."
