This was reported by the Chamber of the Oilseed Industry of the Argentine Republic (CIARA) and the Center of Grain Exporters (CEC). Thus, the first quarter closed with a liquidation of $5.172 billion, showing a 15% decrease compared to the same period last year. 'March was characterized by an increase in the arrival of corn trucks and shipments of wheat and corn, along with soybean meal and oil, as well as the beginning of the sunflower campaign,' the entity stated in a statement received by the Argentine News Agency. This inflow of foreign currency in March was one of the reasons that allowed the government to purchase $1.670 billion.
