The National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INDEC) has released its monthly report on the growth of foreign trade by region. According to official data, the northern part of the country experienced the most significant growth. Specifically, in 2025, the export of goods in the Northeast region (NEA), which includes the provinces of Chaco, Corrientes, Formosa, and Misiones, increased by 20.9% compared to the previous year. This figure was the highest among all regions. Patagonia ranked second with an 18.8% increase. The INDEC report states that export growth was recorded in all five regions of the country. The Pampean region increased its exports by 7.1%, the Cuyo region by 3.8%, and the Northwest region (NOA) by 16.7%.
