The submission must be made through the online portal or the mi ANSES app by December 31st. This process certifies compliance with health check-ups, vaccination schedules, and education requirements for children and adolescents, granting access to a 20% top-up accumulated during 2024. To do this, one must log in, verify information about dependents, generate the form, print it, and have it completed and signed by school or health authorities. Then, a photo of the completed form must be taken and uploaded back to the app. The form completed by officials is the only valid one. If digital submission is not possible, the application can be made without an appointment at an ANSES office or during a mobile operation.
