The Financial Guru Recommends Saving in Pesos

Financial analyst Salvador Di Stefano, also known as the Blue Guru, provided new insights into the behavior of the dollar in Argentina and offered recommendations on the most suitable investments. In this regard, Di Stefano suggested opting for a "fixed term in pesos that is not adjusted for inflation," emphasizing that there is no risk of peso devaluation, as the government is taking measures to increase the dollarization of the economy.

In his most recent statements, Di Stefano explained that if the dollar devalues against the euro, the local currency will also do so. He also emphasized the importance of preserving the government's economic plan, focused on reducing inflation and achieving a fiscal surplus.

The Blue Guru pointed out that Argentina is moving towards greater dollarization of the economy and assured that after the agreement with the International Monetary Fund and the lifting of the currency controls, the country will receive significant dollar investments. He highlighted that having reserves will strengthen the local currency and stated that the dollar will not increase in value in the short term.

Furthermore, Di Stefano noted a favorable outlook for the Argentine peso, considering that globally, the dollar is devaluing against the euro, which provides greater competitiveness for the national currency. In this context, the analyst emphasized that maintaining exchange rate stability is excellent news for the Argentine economy, while underscoring that devaluation is not the best option.

Regarding the recommendation for savings, Di Stefano advised saving in pesos rather than foreign currency, highlighting the convenience of this strategy in the current economic scenario.
