ANSES Increases Payments for AUH and Progresar in 2025

The National Administration of Social Security (ANSES) has announced that during the year 2025, increases will be made in family allowances and pensions, including the Universal Child Allowance (AUH).

AUH beneficiaries will receive 8 monthly payments of $35,000, with a 20% retention, resulting in a net amount of $28,000. Additionally, two extra payments will be issued contingent on completing courses or training activities and finishing the school year without prior subjects.

ANSES will grant an additional $140,000 during the year to a group of AUH beneficiaries, subject to meeting certain targets. A 2.2% increase is also planned for all beneficiaries, with requirements needing to be met to access these extras.

Regarding the Progresar Scholarships, ANSES will issue the 8 corresponding installments from April to December. Beneficiaries must meet the stipulated requirements, such as the school attendance certificate and passing subjects to renew their enrollment.

The amounts of the Progresar Scholarships vary according to the educational level, being $28,000 with a retention of $7,000 for primary and secondary levels, $28,000 for the first year, and $35,000 from the second year for tertiary and university levels, among other cases.

The payments for March will be made throughout the week according to the end of the ID number, starting on Thursday the 13th and ending on Wednesday the 19th of March.
