The Revenue Agency of the Province of Buenos Aires (ARBA) has announced an extension of the deadline for the Urban Property Tax until Friday, March 14, for both annual payment and the first installment.
According to ARBA, those who meet certain requirements will have the opportunity to access discounts of up to 15%. This includes a 15% discount for taxpayers who have no debts and choose to pay the total amount of the tax, as well as a 10% discount for those who are up to date, have active direct debit, and choose to make installment payments.
The agency has recommended that taxpayers review the different payment options available and take advantage of discounts for early payment, as this contributes to strengthening provincial resources and improving public services in the Province of Buenos Aires.
