Argentina's dollar rates experience fluctuations, with the official dollar at $1,064.25 and the MEP dollar at $1,235.10, indicating significant market movements.

The value of the dollar decreased by $5 today. The wholesale dollar stood at $1,064.50, showing a decline compared to the previous week's close. The MEP dollar reached $1,235.10, establishing a gap of 16.1% with the official exchange rate. On the other hand, the Cash with Settlement was positioned at $1,236.25, generating a spread of 16.2% compared to the official quotation.

Regarding the card or tourist dollar, along with the savings (or solidarity), which includes a surcharge of 30%, it traded at $1,409.85. The crypto dollar was quoted at $1,227.09, while Bitcoin, the leading cryptocurrency, traded at US$84,645.

On the other hand, the Central Bank (BCRA) announced a purchase of US$245 million, the highest figure since early February. Also, international gross reserves exceeded US$28 billion again. During February, the BCRA accumulated net purchases totaling US$1,437 million, after closing the previous month with the most significant net sale since late December.

As for the retail dollar, excluding taxes, it was set at $1,034.27 for purchase and $1,093.80 for sale. At Banco Nación, the currency advanced to $1,044.5 for purchase and $1,084.5 for sale. Finally, the blue dollar began the month at $1,225.
