López Murphy Demands Answers from ARCA

National deputy Ricardo López Murphy submitted a request for information in Congress to demand a response from ARCA. In his request, López Murphy expressed his concern about the deactivation of CUITs and the restrictions on the issuance of invoices imposed by the agency.

In his statements, López Murphy emphasized that many SMEs and workers are affected by arbitrary blockages that prevent them from operating without a clear explanation, which generates serious economic consequences. The former Minister of Economy stressed the importance of ARCA providing answers to these situations, preventing the State from sanctioning those who work and generate employment without clear and fair rules.

The request for information was submitted to the Chamber of Deputies with the aim of having ARCA provide the corresponding explanations regarding the alleged arbitrary blockages to SMEs. López Murphy underscored the need for clear and transparent answers to ensure a fair framework for the economic development of the affected companies.
