Following the ratification of the complaints in Criminal and Correctional Court No. 1, Judge María Romilda Servini has delegated the case to National Prosecutor's Office in Criminal and Correctional Court No. 3, as provided in Article 196 of the National Code of Criminal Procedure. In response to the urgency of the case, the intervention of the Specialized Unit for Cybercrime of the Public Prosecutor's Office has been expanded to preserve and recover key evidence.
