Lawyer Nicolás Payarola referenced testimonies indicating Wanda Nara's difficulty in leaving places due to closed doors or the retention of her passports, relying on chats where Mauro Icardi acknowledges having retained the documents. Payarola emphasized that the chats are presented evidence and dismissed the assumption that there is a conspiracy to fabricate evidence.
Amid the accusations, lawyer Santiago Romero Victorica questioned the evidence presented by Nara, to which Payarola responded by reiterating the reports from his client and accusing Icardi of violence. Payarola mentioned that an investigative summons was requested for Icardi for gender violence against Nara.
Regarding the claim that the messages were not registered in court, Payarola defended that all chats have judicial backing, contradicting Romero Victorica. Additionally, he mentioned the seizure of Icardi's mobile phone, clarifying that it was done for forensic examination of the device and not due to an intervention by Nara.
On the other hand, the accusation from Romero Victorica about the invention of witnesses by Nara's defense was denied, stating that all content from the phone was verified without edits or alterations by the Prosecutor's Office. Payarola highlighted that the presented chats contain threats and humiliations, refuting the contrary statements from his colleague.
