Man sentenced for indecent exposure in Salta

A 50-year-old man was sentenced to two years in prison for pulling down his pants in front of a girl in a park in the province of Salta. The incident came to light following a report filed by the girl's father. The events occurred in Juana Manuela Gorriti Park, located in the neighborhood of Tres Cerritos. The individual exposed himself to the girl, showing her his genitalia, offering her money, and giving her a piece of paper with his cell phone number.

Subsequently, the perpetrator presented himself at the girl's house under the pretense of being called to do plumbing work. However, the girl did not allow him in and asked him to come back later. Before leaving, the aggressor instructed her to write down his phone number, which matched the one he had previously given in the park. The girl's parents noticed the connection and alerted the authorities.

As part of an abbreviated procedure carried out in Chamber VI of the Trial Court, presided over by Judge Guillermo Pereyra, the accused was found guilty of the crime of aggravated obscene exhibitions against a minor. During the hearing, the individual admitted his responsibility.

As part of the sentence, it was determined that the convicted person must fulfill a series of obligations for two years, which include not approaching the victim, her home, or places she frequents within a radius of 300 meters. Additionally, he was ordered to undergo psychological treatment and submit the corresponding documentation.
