Buenos Aires, November 27 (NA) – Marcela Acuña and César Emerenciano Sena, who were found guilty of the femicide of Cecilia Stryzsowski, requested medical reports during the hearing held in the courtroom of the Second Chamber in Criminal Court of Resistencia. Ricardo Osuna, one of Emerenciano's defenders, spoke with the Argentine News Agency and stated that three of those responsible for the crime requested from Judge Dolly Fernández a clinical history, a criminal health file, and other documents. In this regard, the lawyer denied that the couple had requested house arrest: "Nothing to do with it." Additionally, he stated that his client "is in very poor condition" and added that witnesses for Gustavo Obregón and Fabiana González, both found guilty of concealment, are now testifying.
