Buenos Aires, November 27 (NA) – The hearing to determine the sentences for those found guilty of the femicide of Cecilia Strzyzowski in Chaco province continues this Thursday. The Sena Clan requested the annulment of the verdict, while César asked for the victim's mother to be investigated for perjury. This Thursday, starting at 09:00, the second hearing begins in the courtroom of the Second Chamber of the Criminal Court of Resistencia, where the prosecution, plaintiffs, and defense will continue with their arguments before Judge Dolly Fernández. The defenders, Celeste Segovia, Celeste Ojeda, Elena Puente, and Ricardo Osuna, requested the magistrate to declare the verdict of the popular jury null due to flaws in the process. Meanwhile, the prosecution and the plaintiffs asked the court not to consider the nullities presented by the defenses, as confirmed by the Argentine News Agency. Another point raised on Wednesday was the defense's request for César Sena to investigate Gloria Romero, the victim's mother, for perjury.
