Helicopter Seized by Security Police in Pinamar

The PSA has confiscated a helicopter that landed illegally in Pinamar during a promotional event. An investigation is underway following the incident linked to musician Joel Rivas.

The Airport Security Police (PSA), which depends on the Ministry of Security, has seized a helicopter that landed without authorization on a beach in Pinamar today. Due to the violation of article 193 bis of the Penal Code, an investigation has been initiated, and PSA officers conducted the search and location of the aircraft.

Finally, the agents managed to confiscate the helicopter, which was stored at the Berazategui aerodrome, in the southern suburbs. The Federal Court of First Instance of Dolores, led by Alejo Ramos Padilla, intervened in this case.

The incident occurred on Sunday the 19th when the aircraft landed on La Hoya beach without authorization, in the context of a promotion by cumbia singer Joel Rivas, better known as Perro Primo. Despite the apologies offered by the musician, the authorities had already revoked the pilot's license, Luciano Ventricelli, who was made available to the judiciary.

Luciano Ventricelli, from the town of Wilde, is a former car racing driver with experience in Turismo Carretera and TC Pista. He has also participated in motorcycle racing and karting competitions.
