"It's a logic that sometimes appears in a victim's mind: not to put up a restraining order to not create a motive that could lead to a new attack," the journalist explained, adding that this behavior may also be linked to fear and the state of shock after the violent episode. Finally, Seta emphasized that the actress's lawyer confirmed that Romina Gaetani formally ratified the complaint against Luis Cavanagh, so the case continues its course in the justice system.
