In the course of the investigation of the tragic death of a teenager in the Argentine province of Misiones, the unsevered head of a 17-year-old driver, who was driving a Ford Focus, was found in a state of alcoholic intoxication. As established by the investigating authorities, 34-year-old Rafael Gordon Orti, managing the organization, previously admitted the permissible norms of alcohol in the blood, which became one of the key causes of the accident.
