Six people have been detained in connection with the case of Loan, a missing boy, according to lawyer Juan Pablo Gallego. Among those detained is Danilo Peña, who could be transferred to Neuquén. Initially accused of abandonment of a person, they were later charged with the crime of recruitment of individuals for exploitation and are currently facing charges for the abduction of minors.

Loan's parents continue to assert that the detainees maintain a "code of silence" and that everyone knows where the missing boy is. One of the detainees is Daniel "Fierrito" Ramírez, partner of Mónica Millapi, who is under house arrest in the province. Ramírez's lawyer, Marcelo Hanson, has mentioned that once the judicial recess is over, they will request his transfer to the court, although this procedure could cause delays.

Mónica Millapi has been in the province for several weeks, after it was authorized for her to complete the process from her home to take care of her children. Both she and Ramírez were the first detained in this case, which has evolved from abandonment of a person to the abduction of minors.
