Fugitive Pastor for Sexual Abuse of His Granddaughters

A 59-year-old pastor is on the run from Justice after being reported for sexual abuse by his granddaughters in Merlo, Buenos Aires province. The complaint was filed by prosecutor María Laura Cristini, which led Judge Ricardo Fraga to issue a national and international arrest warrant against the alleged abuser, identified as Daniel Villamea.

The first complainant, now 15 years old, revealed that the abuse began in 2017 when she was around 7 years old. The victim's mother, the accused's daughter, was the one who initially reported the incidents after noticing concerning behaviors in her daughter.

The mother mentioned that upon hearing her daughter's account, she decided to go to her father's house to warn him that she would report him criminally for his actions. Both the mother and daughter are receiving psychological treatment to cope with the situation. The minor expressed her deep suffering after therapy sessions, stating that she does not want to continue living.

Moreover, it has been revealed that the pastor faces more abuse allegations, including one from another granddaughter of his, also a minor, whose statement is being evaluated. This second granddaughter has attempted suicide twice, fearing she will not be believed about what she has endured. The alleged abuser, Daniel Villamea, is aware that he is being sought by the authorities.
