Argentinian Driver Loses License for Attempting to Run Over Man on Car Hood

The authorities of the National Road Safety Agency (ANSV) today requested the disqualification of a driver who, after a traffic dispute, dragged a young man over the hood of her car in the Buenos Aires locality of Hurlingham, west of the Conurbano. In addition, the 35-year-old woman will have to undergo new tests to determine if she is fit to drive, and according to a statement from the agency, "these types of ANSV measures aim to sanction those who, behind the wheel, limit the freedoms of others and threaten the physical integrity of those who respect traffic regulations." After the recent viral spread of a video showing a woman dragging a man several meters on the hood of her vehicle through the streets of Hurlingham, the ANSV managed to identify the driver and requested the immediate disqualification of her National Driver's License. The incident occurred last Sunday following a traffic accident and an argument over the exchange of documents between the parties. The 19-year-old victim was with his sister at the time of the incident.
