Morena Rial is in a legal dispute with the father of her eldest son, Francesco: Facundo Ambrosini. The conflict between them has escalated to such an intense level of confrontation that Morena's lawyer, Alejandro Cipolla, had a strong clash with Ambrosini.
Cipolla highlighted that the ruling never granted custody of Francesco to Facundo, stating that Morena had permission to take the child to live in Buenos Aires. Both have exchanged accusations regarding the upbringing and care of Francesco, with Cipolla pointing out that Jorge Rial is the one taking care of the child. Ambrosini, for his part, defended his position by asserting that Rial also covers the child's school and clothing expenses.
