The Family Court No. 2 of Córdoba has issued an order stating that Morena Rial's son, Francesco, must remain in the province with his father, Facundo Ambrosioni. This decision has been criticized by Alejandro Cipolla, the lawyer for Jorge Rial's daughter, who has announced that he will appeal the case, pointing out that Morena has been unable to see her son due to the prohibition imposed by Facundo.
Cipolla also revealed that Morena has been without cohabitation or contact with her son since October 6, adding that Francesco does not even know his younger brother, Amadeo. The legal problems between Rial and his ex-partner over the custody of Francesco began in early 2023 when Ambrosioni filed a precautionary measure to prevent the child from moving from Córdoba to Buenos Aires, a measure that was granted.
This situation complicated with mutual accusations, including Rial being accused of theft and the stealing of cell phones belonging to Ambrosioni's family business, as well as threats. At that time, it was decided that both parents would share the child's residence, although with a greater presence in Buenos Aires, under a temporary communication regime.
However, according to Cipolla, the shared custody agreement of Francesco has completely broken down, leaving Morena in a difficult situation. The lawyer indicated that he would file a criminal complaint for obstruction of contact against Facundo, claiming that the current situation harms his client.
