After the investigations were conducted, no one was arrested. José Alfredo Blanco, the prosecutor in charge of the operation, spoke with the newspaper El Tribuno and mentioned that the 74-year-old woman claimed to be a healer and frequently travels to Córdoba to help the Bolivian community. This detail is relevant, as Lian's family is Bolivian and had lived in Ballesteros Sud for several years.

The Federal Prosecutor's Office of Bell Ville and the Office of Trafficking and Exploitation of Persons (PROTEX) will investigate if any crime was committed in relation to the disappearance of the child Lian Flores Soraide in Córdoba. Through resolution MP 33/25, the Attorney General of the Nation, Eduardo Casal, appointed federal prosecutor Alejandra Mangano, Attorney General Marcelo Colombo, and prosecutor of Bell Ville, María Virginia Miguel Carmona, to work together on this case.

In this context, the Jujuy healer has drawn the attention of the Córdoba justice system, and for this reason, her home was raided, where relevant items were found. In the city of Perico, police agents carried out the search at the house of "La Abuelita", aiming to obtain information that may clarify her presence in Ballesteros Sud before the disappearance of the 3-year-old boy.

During the raid, cell phones, bus tickets, and a bag with clothing were seized, all of which will be analyzed. Additionally, the woman in question was interrogated, as well as four other people residing in that home.
