A 28-year-old woman was arrested in the Bouwer Prison Complex in Córdoba, Argentina, after attempting to smuggle drugs during a visit to a relative who is imprisoned. According to the Argentine News Agency, a joint operation by the Anti-Drug Police Force and the Penitentiary Service resulted in the woman's detention. She was trying to enter the facility with 445 doses of cocaine and 86 doses of marijuana, along with various other items. The narcotics were hidden in intimate body parts and were intended for a relative the detainee was about to visit. Following several anonymous complaints to the Córdoba Public Prosecutor's Office, a search warrant was executed at a property located on 25 de Mayo Street in the town of Pilar. A search was conducted, and various items linked to the investigation were seized. The detainee was transferred to a judicial facility and is now at the disposal of the Justice system.
