A driver in the province of Córdoba was suspended by the National Road Safety Agency (ANSV) and reported to the Municipal Justice of Fines after insulting and intentionally colliding with a young couple. The incident came to light through a video that went viral on social media, where the couple is seen confronting the man for throwing garbage from his vehicle onto the street.
In the video, the young woman recounts how the man reacted aggressively and began to intimidate them with his truck, until he eventually collided with them and fled the scene. Following the video's dissemination, the ANSV requested the suspension of the driver due to his behavior and his involvement in the premeditated collision with another vehicle.
The man, 51 years old and holding a National Driver's License in Villa Allende, will now face the legal consequences of his actions. The ANSV also reported him for driving recklessly and requested that the damages caused to the victims be assessed, leaving the determination of the corresponding sanction in the hands of the Municipal Justice of Fines.
Regarding the suspension of the license, it is expected that the driver will be notified and subjected to evaluations to determine if he is fit to drive and respect traffic rules.
