Valeria Díaz, who serves as an Advisor on the Board of Directors of the Provincial Energy Company of Córdoba (EPEC), has been recognized with the "Woman in Integrity AGEI 2025" award by the Global Association for Equity and Integrity (AGEI) and the Women Economic Forum Argentina (WEF).

Valeria Díaz, a National Public Accountant by profession, holds an International Certification in Ethics and Compliance and specializes in corporate governance and the implementation of management systems for compliance and anti-bribery under ISO 37001 and ISO 37301 standards.
She also has extensive training: she is a Diploma in Management and Governance Consulting for Family Businesses, in Tax Procedure, in Neuroscience applied to Organizations, and in Political and Union Leadership.
She has also specialized in Finance and Capital Markets, Labor and Social Security Law, Female Leadership, and is an ISO 9000 Auditor.
Her professional development is complemented by profound spiritual formation: she is an angelologist, numerologist, and holds a Master Angel Certification, integrating spirituality and consciousness into leadership and management.
