The victim was allegedly locked up by the alleged aggressor, who prevented her from leaving the premises despite her refusal to stay. The accused caused her minor injuries, threatened her, and held her captive at the residence. Meanwhile, the defendant fell asleep, and the victim took the opportunity to escape. The presiding judge set a four-month deadline for the investigation, ordered a restraining order, and prohibited any form of contact between the alleged perpetrator and the complainant.
