After the defeat in Córdoba, Colace had acknowledged that 'Argentine football is difficult because you always depend on results; you train all week thinking you will achieve good results.' The 'Decano's' management is already said to have three coaches in mind to replace him: Omar de Felippe, Cristian 'Kily' González, and Daniel Oldrá. De Felippe comes off a very successful stint at Central Córdoba de Santiago del Estero, with whom he won the Copa Argentina in 2024 and had a decent performance in last year's Copa Libertadores.
